Drop in sessions, In house training and staff functions plus we are always open to new ideas, sharing stories and having fun.
Panacea is committed to promoting training and learning within the organisation. We currently offer a variety of staff development options for our Support Workers.
The training available includes provision of support for NZQA certification as well as a variety of individual courses such as First Aid, Safe Manual Handling and knowledge on specialist areas such as Spinal Injury and Traumatic Brain Injury.

Panacea will provide support to staff wishing to attain one or more National Certificates in Community Support Services whilst working for Panacea.
